A HISTORIC HOUSE IN AN OUTSTANDING LOCATION
Absolutely excellent accommodation – spacious, immaculate and the furnishings/ fittings make the house a delight to stay in. Really felt at home and made our trip to Skye all the better!
Sam and family
Watch the comings and goings of Portree harbour from your outdoor table overlooking the bay. Lie in bed and watch the boats come in. Spend cosy nights in by the wood-burning stove, or head out to the bars and restaurants of Portree. This characterful house has it all, and dogs are welcome by arrangement too!
EVERYTHING YOU NEED FOR A MEMORABLE STAY
This is a beautiful, spotlessly clean and well equipped cottage in the most perfect location. Close by the centre of Portree with access to all amenities but retaining a sense of privacy and quiet. Our three children voted it the ‘best holiday cottage ever’ with extra special marks for the comfiest beds! We will definitely be back
Richard and family
A mix of Scandi design and Scottish tweeds are sprinkled with hints of this house’s maritime past. Combine these with great beds, luxurious Arran Aromatic toiletries, great spaces for relaxing and dining and you’ll find everything you need for an amazing stay.
LOOK OUT FOR EAGLES OVER BEN TIANAVAIG AND THE BAY
We had a lovely stay in this super comfortable home from home. You couldn’t pick a better spot in Portree for exploring. We would highly recommend
Dan and Carla
Walk from the door around the spectacular Meall, or follow the coast to Scorrybreac looking out for seals and otters on the way. Explore Skye’s largest village of Portree with it’s quaint shops and cafes and restaurants galore. Take a short drive to Kilt Rock, the Quirang and Old Man of Storr. some of Skye’s most iconic sights, or simply look out of the window and watch the sea.
